Ho-hum.... It's become pretty evident to me recently that i'm such a goddamned fringe dweller!! This meaning of course that I mingle around the edges of many different social groups... because I don't quite belong in any one in particular...

I like too much stuff see, and I can't focus on one thing for very long. Maybe i've got ADD?? (is that what it's called?)

So... Friday we saw Warwick Ing and Barcode and Subwoofer at the Austral... in between running to the Jade Monkey, Greed (hehe, it was a laugh, there were people from big brother faggin' on... quite funny really), Rhino, back to the Austral and the Cranker (just to proove how truly classy we can be in the wee hours of Saturday morning).

Saturday I dropped in at a party for an hour and then went to Minke to catch half-sets of the New Pollutants and Brown Hornet... yes yes, that band that Dylan Lewis is in :).... I couldn't quite get if he was trying to "scat" or rhyme or what... but he's a decent harp player... still not as good as garrett dutton (G LOVE), but no-one is!!.... they were perdy good... chicks with horns, that's what I like to see!
VOTE MORE CHICKS WITH HORNS! (now i'm not talking about coming out of your head, I'm talking about trumpets, saxamaphones etc etc etc)...

I'll be moving much closer to the city (hopefully) by the end of the month and probably changing jobs too, as well as hopefully owning an investment property (at least by the end of the year or before the fringe begins in March is the realistic goal)...
somewhere like glenunga/fullarton/norwood/perhaps kensington kind of area, cos seriously it's the only place that has ever truly felt like my home... *swoon to the "House of Moore"*
